摘要
植物HKTs具有Na(+或K+)单向运输或Na+-K+共转运功能。利用各种生物信息学工具分析了1个从玉米中获得的HKT的氨基酸序列,并预测了其功能。结果表明:目标蛋白属于HKT的亚家族I,与OsHKT1;5和TaHKT1;5蛋白进化关系较近,命名为ZmHKT1;5。该蛋白呈弱碱性,疏水性较强,具有8个跨膜结构,其二级结构含58.67%α螺旋(H),7.07%β折叠(E)和34.26%无规卷曲(L),三级结构为典型的膜蛋白。推测该蛋白可能具有Na+选择性并在玉米的耐盐机制中起作用。
The high-affinity K+ transporters(HKTs) in plant can mediate Na+/K+-uniport or Na+/K+-symport.To predict the functions of a HKT in maize,a series of bioinformatics tools were used to analyze the amino acid sequence of HKT.The results showed that the target protein can be categorized to subfamily I of HKT and was named as ZmHKT1;5,which was similar to OsHKT1;5 and TmHKT1;5 in amino acid sequence.The protein showed weakly alkalescent and strong hydrophobicity and have eight transmembrane structures.ZmHKT1;5 have 58.67% of α-helix(H),7.07% of β-fold(E) and 34.26% of random coil(L) in secondary structure,and its tertiary structure is a typical membrane protein.So,it is predicted that ZmHKT1;5 maybe have a specific selectivity for Na+ and plays an important role in salinity tolerance of maize.
