摘要
本文介绍了可灵活、快速地提供新业务的移动通信智能 网的产生背景、技术标准、提供的业务，并就我国移动智 能网建设中存在的问题提出了几点建议。
This paper describers background, standard protocol, supporting services of mobile intelligent network which can rapidly create new value added service, and also some suggestion for the construction in China.
