摘要
随着城市电网改造过程中电缆入地规模的不断扩大,电力系统对电缆支架的工作性能和经济效益提出了更高要求。针对传统材质的电缆支架在未来电力系统的使用过程中将会产生各种问题的缺点,本文介绍了一种新型材质的电缆支架——SMC电缆支架。在详细阐述SMC复合材料特点的基础上,分析得到SMC电缆支架具有绝缘性能高、机械性能好、耐腐蚀、阻燃性好、可靠性高、使用寿命长等性能优势;再通过与传统材质电缆支架的性能对比,结果表明,SMC高分子复合材料电缆支架是传统材质电缆支架的可靠替代产品,是电力系统中电缆支架应用的发展趋势。
As the scale of the cable buried construction grows in the urban power network renovation, the rapid development of power system has put a higher demand on the performance and economic benefits of the cable support. Considering the problems produced by the able support made of traditional materials in the coming power system, the article introduces SMC cable support made of a new material. On the basis of detailed elaboration on the characteristics of SMC composite material, the article comes to a conclusion that the SMC cable support has the advantages of high insulation, good mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, flame retardant, high reliability, long life and so on. By comprising the performance of SMC and the traditional cable support, it demonstrates that SMC cable support is a reliable alternative of the traditional one and is the trends of the cable support in the Dower svstem.
