热休克蛋白65促动脉粥样硬化发生及进展的机制

摘要
多年来,一直认为动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)是一种脂质沉积病。但是,近年人们对AS的发病机制有了新的认识,认为炎性免疫反应在AS发展阶段中起着关键的作用。一些学者已经把AS定义为慢性炎症与自身免疫反应交互的过程。许多证据表明,由于热休克蛋白(HSP)在各不同物种间的高度保守序列及交叉反应,可激活自身免疫反应,促进细胞因子的分泌,在AS形成中具有重要作用。
