摘要
‘容美’草莓是由‘红颊’与‘明宝’杂交育成的早熟抗病新品种。果实长圆锥形,果形端正,平均单果质量 23.5g,最大单果质量54.0g,果面红色,光泽强;果肉白色,风味甜,香气浓,耐贮运。可溶性固形物含量为12.4%,维生素C含量为1.547mg · g-1,总糖 7.05%,可滴定酸0.53%,果实硬度为3.7g·cm-2。产量达 40 000 kg · hm-2。
‘Rongmei’is a new early ripening strawberry cultivar bred from the cross of‘Banihope’בMeiho’,with disease resistance. The fruit is long cone-shaped and uniform. The average fruit weight is 23.5 g,the maximum is 54.0 g. It has good color with white pulp,bright luster, excellent flavor,tolerance to storage and transport. It has 12.4% soluble solids content,1.547 mg · g-1 vitamin C content,7.05% total sugar content,0.53% total acid content,and 3.7 g · cm-2 firmness. The yield can reach to 40 000 kg · hm-2.
