珍珠贝壳生物填料的制备及表面特性 被引量:11

Preparation of Bio-filler from Pearl Oyster Shell and its Surface Properties

摘要 以废弃珍珠贝壳为原料,经去除角质层、分离棱柱层,得到珍珠层。然后采用机械研磨得到生物填料(ZZB),对其物相、表面元素组成、微观形貌、热稳定性及亲水、亲油性等表面特性进行分析和表征。结果表明,制备的生物填料主要成分为文石碳酸钙,呈片状,粒径大小为0.1~2μm,有机物含量约为3.87%,热稳定性良好。ZZB粉体具有亲水、亲油的双亲性,对正庚烷浸润,对水的接触角约为23.4°。 In the utilization of waste pearl oyster shell, a powder of pearl oyster shell filler (ZZB) was prepared with waste pearl oys- ter shell via removal of the cuticle, separation of the prismatic layer and grinding of the left nacreous layer as well. Its phase composi- tions, surface elemental compositions, micro-morphology, thermal stability, hydrophilicity and lipophilicity were analyzed and charaterized. The results show that the main composition of ZZB powder is aragonite (CaCO3) platelets, and the particle size distribu- tion is from 0.1μn to 2 μn. The organic component content of ZZB powder is 3.87% and the powder has a good thermal stability. The ZZB powder has the hydrophilic and lipophilic properties, n-heptane is invasive on ZZB powder and the contact angle of water on ZZB powder is approximately 23.4 °.
