摘要
简要介绍了北京巴布科克.威尔科克斯有限公司首台国产350MW超临界锅炉的主要结构和系统布置。重点阐述了锅炉本体内螺纹管螺旋管圈式水冷壁;燃烧系统浓缩型(EI-DRB)低NOx双调风旋流燃烧器以及改进型的无循环泵内置式启动系统的技术特点。对发展同容量超临界锅炉提供一定的借鉴。
Main structure and system arrangement for the first homemade supercritical boiler of 350 MW unit made by B＆WB were introduced briefly. Technical features focus on internal thread tube spiral - wound water wall of boiler proper; concentrated low NOx dual register swirl burner of combustion system and the improved type built - in start - up system without recirculating pump. This can provide some reference for the development of supereritical boiler with the same capacity.
