甘精胰岛素联合格列美脲治疗2型糖尿病的疗效观察被引量：2

摘要目的评价甘精胰岛素联合格列美脲治疗2型糖尿病的疗效及安全性和在β细胞功能保护方面有无优势。方法用甘精胰岛素联合格列美脲治疗,依照空腹血糖(FBG)水平调整胰岛素用量,治疗目标FBG控制在5.5～7.0mmo/L之间,治疗时间24周,观察治疗后空腹(FBG)及餐后2h血糖(2hPBG)水平、低血糖、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)及体重指数(BMI)、胰岛β细胞功能指数(MBCI)等指标的变化情况。结果胰岛β细胞功能指数(MBCI)治疗后均升高,差别有显著意义。结论甘精胰岛素联合格列美脲治疗初发2型糖尿病患者血糖有较好疗效,且低血糖发生率低,并能改善胰岛细胞功能,比较安全方便。
