摘要
在短篇小说《圣诞颂歌》中,查尔斯.狄更斯表现出了强烈的时间意识和死亡意识,并通过对时间意识和死亡意识的思考上升到对"生"的沉思。清醒的时间意识让人从当前跳脱出来,对自己的人生作冷静的"反观"并进行整体性的把握;而深刻的死亡意识用死亡的震颤来惊醒人对生的渴望。总之,时间意识和死亡意识使人通透生存的本真意义并最终实现心灵的"还乡"。
In his short novel,A Christmas Carol,Charles Dickens shows his great concern about the sense of time and the sense of death.His great concern is then elevated to deep meditation of ＂living＂.A clear sense of time makes one look back on his life calmly and then has a mastery of it,while a deep sense of death greatly arouses one＇s thirst for living.In a word,the sense of time and the sense of death help one understand the true meaning of living and return to the genuine home of heart eventually.
