摘要
目的 :探讨恩乐舒胸胶囊治疗慢性筋伤 (慢性软组织损伤 )的疗效及机理。方法 :15 0例慢性软组织损伤的患者予以恩乐舒胸胶囊或消炎痛治疗 ,其中 90例恩乐舒胸治疗 (治疗组 ) ,与 6 0例消炎痛治疗 (对照组 )相比较。结果 :临床总有效率恩乐舒胸组 ,消炎痛组分别为 96 6 6 %、6 6 6 6 % ,以恩乐舒胸组效果最佳 (P <0 0 1)。恩乐舒胸组对症状及体征的改善效果最好 (P <0 .0 1) ,且恩乐舒胸胶囊能明显改善血液流变性状态 (P <0 0 1,P <0 0 5 )。结论 :恩乐舒胸胶囊治疗慢性筋伤疗效肯定 ,能促进局部血液循环 。
Objective:To probe the curative effect and mechanism of En Le Shu Xiong capsule in treating chronic soft tissue injury.Method:150 cases of chronic soft tissue injury treated by En Le Shu Xiong capsule or Antinfan. 90 cases treated by En Le Shu Xiong capsule (treatment group), comparing with 60 cases treated by Antinfan(control group).Results:The total effective rate of treatment group and control group were 96.66%, 66.66% respectively in which treatment group was the best (P<0.01). The clinical symptoms and signs of cronic soft tissue injury was mostly improved in treatment group (P<0.01), moreover hemorheology state was improved significantly (P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion:curative effect of En Le shu Xiong capsule is surely effective in treating chronic soft tissue injury and improve the microcirculation.
