摘要
目的 :观察思密达保留灌肠治疗放射性直肠炎的疗效。方法 :思密达保留灌肠治疗 2 2例放射性直肠炎患者为治疗组。对照组则用 1∶50 0 0的呋喃西林溶液灌肠。结果 :治疗组治愈率及有效率显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 :思密达是治疗放射性直肠炎安全有效的药物。
Objective:To observe the effects of reserve enema of smecta on radiorectitis.Methods:The reserve enema of smecta should be used to 22 patients with radiorectitis; while 1∶5 000 furacilin solution will be used to control group.Results:The cure rate and effect rate of subject group are much better than that of control group;Couclusions:Smecta is a kind of safe and effective medicine for radiorectitis.
