摘要
首先阐述了船舶与海洋工程制造企业供电系统的特点及电费的组成部分,然后分析了在厂区配电系统中变压器和线路电能损耗产生的原因,最后给出了节能的几种措施,其中包括:调节功率因数、对照明设备采用新的技术,在适合变频的场合采用变频技术,合理的厂区布线及变压器选置和采用科学的管理技术等。
Features of power supply system and constitutive factors of electric power consumption rate in enterprises of shipping and offshore engineering manufacturing are described in this paper. Energy consumption generated in transformer and line loss in power distribution system of the plant is analyzed. Several energy saving measures are given, including adjusting power factor, taking new lighting technologies, using inverter technology on the proper occasion, wiring in a factory and selecting transformers reasonably, and applying scientific management techniques ,etc.
