摘要
三维激光扫描技术是利用一种立体测量设备,对物体空间外形及结构进行扫描,以获得物体的精确尺寸,实现物体结构的数字化。其后,可以将数据进行三维结构建模,并输出到相应工程设计软件(CAD、PDMS、AutoPlant等)中形成可编辑文件,最终得到所需的可编辑文件。该技术是以逆向建模的方式实现原有设施的三维重构数据、三维存档或对设施及建筑物进行三维可视化管理,它的应用对提高整体设计能力有着重要的实际意义,也将为工程可视化管理、实现"数字海油"积累宝贵的经验。
Laser 3D scan is an advanced technology that can obtain accurate dimension of a structure using particular three-dimensional scanning equipment, and convert the structural information into digital data. At the same time, the digital data can be transported to engineering design software such as CAD, PDMS and Auto Plant to retrofit or redesign. This laser 3D scan technology can be applied to rebuild data of an existing facility, to create 3D model of a certain facility or entire factory for preserving the data which is useful for visual management. The application of laser 3D scan technology is meaningful for the promotion of design ability of our company, while valuable experience in visual engineering management as well as in "digital CNOOC" is being accumulated.
