摘要
高职院校人才培养模式是一个有待于深入探索和实践的命题,海南经贸职业技术学院以"三双一突出"构建人才培养体系,通过确立校企育人"双主体"地位,深化体制机制改革;以"双课堂"为抓手,形成良好的校内外育人环境;发挥校内校外"双导师"作用,加强教育教学改革;强化职业能力"一突出"要求,培养职业人才的具体实践,在教师教学改革和学生技能水平、就业能力、人文素养等方面取得明显成效。
The mode of personnel training in higher vocational colleges is a proposition that needs further exploration and practice. Hainan College of Economics and Business constructs the personnel training system by ＂three-double ＆ one-highlight＂, that is, establishing ＂double subjects＂ positions of both school and enterprise to deepen the mechanism reform, making use of ＂double classrooms＂ to form good environment for educating personnel on and off campus, giving full play to ＂double tutors＂ to strengthen teaching reform; one highlight is to enhance vocational ability to cultivate qualified professional personnel. Obvious good results are achieved in teachers＇ teaching reform, students＇ skills, employment ability and humanism quality.
