摘要
从医用角度出发 ,研究了 EVA/L L DPE/PP三元共混体系的热行为 ,探讨了成型条件、后处理方式以及 γ-辐照对共混物薄膜热性能、光学性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明 ,γ-辐照和低温后处理的方法有利于提高材料的透明性和力学强度。
In this paper, the thermal behaviours of polyolefin blends (EVA/LLDPE/PP) intended for medical applications were investigated, and the effects of processing condition and γ irradiation treatment on the thermal, mechanical and optical properties of the blends were discussed. The results indicate that either corsslinking or degradation occurred in the blends after γ irradiation, and both lower cooling temperature and irradiation treatment is better for the improvement of film transparency, heat resistance and mechanical strength.
