摘要
以三氧化二锑及巯基乙醇为原料 ,在以二甲苯作为带水剂的条件下 ,加热回流 1h ,直接化合生成一种新型硫醇锑热稳定剂———三 (羟基乙基硫醇 )锑 ,产品的收率为 93 8%。测试了产品的红外光谱、物化性能及其在PVC中的热稳定性能 ,并与其他热稳定剂进行了比较。
Antimony tri(2-hydroxylthiolate) was directly prepared by reaction of 2-mocapto ethanol and antimony trioxide with xylene as azeotropic solvent for about 1 hour. The yield of the products was about 93.8%. The physical and chemical properties, such as IR spectrum, antimony content and refractive index were examined. The performance of the products used as thermal stabilizer in PVC was tested, and compared with other thermal stabilizers.
