摘要
以政府为主导的农村信息服务体系构建是新农村建设的重要环节。通过对农村信息服务体系的构成以及政府主导地位的研究,分析了农村信息服务体系构建的主要障碍,并对其构建途径提出了建议。
Construction of government-guided agricultural information service system is an important part of the new rural construction. In this paper the structure of the agricultural information service system and the government＇s dominant position were studied, and the main obstacles of building the agricultural information service system were analyzed, and some suggestion to build it were put forward.
