摘要
基于高校图书馆文献资源采访现状,结合企业的《企业内部控制基本规范》,借用其思路,试通过建立高效图书馆文献资源采访内部控制流程,来保证文献资源在整个"经济活动"中处于一种可控制状态,以确保其安全性、完整和效益性。
In this paper, based on the literature resource of university library interview situation, combined with thought of the enterprise ＂basic standard for enterprise internal control＂, the efficient library literature resources acquisitioning internal control process was established to ensure the literature resources in the whole ＂economic activity＂ in a state of control, its security, integrity and efficiency.
