在简述维护图书馆员健康权意义的基础上,分析了图书馆工作环境对馆员身体健康的影响,探讨了加强图书馆员劳动保护的对策。
Based on briefly expounds the significance of protecting librarians＇ health right,this paper analyzes the influence of library＇s working environment on librarians＇ physical health,and probes into the countermeasures for strengthening the labor protection for librarians.
