本文介绍一个以双核芯片SH99F100为核心而设计的无卡旋切机变频器的整体架构,其中包括硬件设计,软件设计和实际的应用案例。系统通过获取外部的传感器信号,结合先进的运算方式和处理方法精确的控制电机,从而切出高精度和高品质的木片。
This paper introduces making SH99F100 dual-core chips as the core and an overall design structure of non-center rotary cutter inverter, including hardware design, software design and practical application cases.The whole system through the access to signals of external sensor, combining advanced operation mode and treatment methods accurately control an induction motor, so as to cut out high-precision and high-quality wood chips.
