105例气管插管困难患者围麻醉期护理体会 被引量：3

ANESTHESIA CARE AND EXPERIENCE OF 105 CASES OF PATIENTS WITH DIFFICULT TRACHEAL INTUBATION

摘要 目的总结气管插管困难患者围麻醉期护理方法及护理体会,规范气管插管困难患者麻醉护理流程,提高患者围麻醉期护理安全。方法制定气管插管困难麻醉患者麻醉前、中、后护理计划,按照计划对105例气管插管困难麻醉患者实施护理。结果 105例患者麻醉插管平均时间5.8 min,麻醉复苏室(PACU)平均停留时间65 min,恢复期无并发症。结论气管插管困难患者麻醉前制定完善的护理计划,麻醉护士全程参与麻醉过程,有利于缩短麻醉插管时间。气管插管困难麻醉患者应延期拔管时机,患者在恢复室停留时间大于60 min。
