紫外分光光度计法检测超纯氨中铁含量的研究

摘要 随着LED等行业的飞速发展,对作为重要原材料氨气的需求量越来越大,对其纯度要求也越来越高,其中铁含量是评价超纯氨质量的一个重要指标,对于铁含量的检测已经成为超纯氨生产与使用过程中的一个重要环节。介绍了目前检测超纯氨中铁含量的常用方法,包括样品的制备、检测原理、检测步骤与检测结果的合理判断;并对一些技术问题进行探讨,开辟一条检测超纯氨中铁含量的新方法,为超纯氨的工业化生产做出贡献。 With the development of the LED industry, as the main raw material, the requirement of ammonia ( NH3 ) is gradually increased and the purity of NH3 is controlled rigorously, among which, the content of iron in the ammonia is an important item to evaluate the quality of the ultra-purity NH3 , therefore, the determination of iron content in the ultra-purlty ammonia is of great important during the gas production. The current paper introduced the main testing method to measure the iron content in the ammonia, including the preparation of the sample, testing theory, concise process, and reasonable judgment for the testing result. Some technical problems were also discussed. This paper attempts to explore a new way to test the content of iron in the ammonia, making contributions to the industry.
