制氟用炭阳极石墨化度的确定及其检测标准 被引量:2

摘要 采用正交偏光加石膏检板的显微镜光学干涉分析法测定制氟阳极误混入的石墨碎(粉)含量。结果表明 :试样的可检测面积为15~20cm2 ,≤0.15mm石墨碎颗粒控制在10处以内 ,<0.4mm石墨碎颗粒控制在5处以内。 The way that the content of graphite crushing (powder or dust) mixed during feed proportion was determined by interferance, which was adopted orthogonal and polarizing light through optical microscope was founded, and testing gypsum plate was required. The result shows that the testing area of the sample is in 15~20 cm2. The graphite crushing particals which were lower than 0.15 mm was controlled 10 parts, and ones lower than 0.4 mm were controlled 5 parts.
