摘要
以氨基丙酸和马来酸酐为原料 ,在乙酸中合成 N—异丙酸基顺了烯—酰胺酸 (AMA)。研究了原料配比、反应温度和反应时间对 AMA产率的影响 ,考察了混合溶剂对粗产物重结晶的影响 ,得到了最佳的反应条件。
Using alanine and maleic anhydride as material,N isopropyl maleinamic acid was synthesized in acetic acid.The influence factors such as molar ratio of material,reaction temperature and time,were studied.The influence of mixed solvent on annealed of crude product was also studied.The best reaction condition was obtained.
