摘要
研究了用 PEG作相转移催化剂由香茅醛合成香茅腈的工艺条件 ,产品纯度 96 .7% ,产率 87.3% ,n2 0D 1.44 91;最佳实验条件为 :用 PEG- 40 0和 KOH作催化剂 ,物料比为香茅肟∶ PEG- 40 0∶氢氧化钾 =10 0∶ 15∶ 10 (mol) ,在 12 5℃下反应 2 .5 h,并用适量甲苯作带水剂。
The synthetic condition of citronitrile from citronellal using PEG as phase transfer catalyst was studied.The purity of product was 96.7%,the yield rate was 87.3%,n 20 D was 1.4491.Using PEG 400 and KOH as catalyst,the best reaction condition was:the molar ratio of citrooxime,PEG 400 and KOH was 100,15 and 10,reaction time was 2.5 h at 125 ℃.
