T-401树脂的合成和应用

摘要 介绍了以烷基萘和甲醛为原料,在催化剂作用下,实验合成烷基萘树脂(T-401),经中和、过滤、蒸馏,蒸出剩余反应物,制得T-401成品。T-401树脂在PVC电缆和橡胶制品中应用测试表明:T-401树脂可显著提高PVC电缆料的老化性能、耐热性能和电性能,在提高耐温等级上尤为明显,对橡胶制品的老化性、拉伸性和耐热性有较大的提高,并能较大改善产品表面光滑度。 The alkyl naphthalene resin T-401 was synthesized with alkyl naphthalene and formaldehyde by netrolizing, filtering, distillating and removing residual in presence of catalyst. The applications of resin T-401 in PVC cable and rubber products showed that the various properties of PVC cable such as aging, heat resisting and conductive was greatly improved, especially for heat resisting grade. Furthermore, resin T-401 could effectively increase the properties such as aging, elasticity, heat resisting as well as surface smoothing of rubber products.
