摘要
目的观察中西医结合治疗小儿缺铁性贫血的临床疗效。方法将我院2008年12月～2011年12月收治的70例小儿缺铁性贫血患者随机分成两组,对照组35例给予西医常规治疗,治疗组35例在对照组治疗的基础上加用异功补血汤治疗,4周为1个疗程,2个疗程后评价两组的疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为94.3%,对照组总有效率为71.4%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗小儿缺铁性贫血的疗效较为满意,明显优于单纯的西药治疗,且不良反应少,值得推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of integrated traditional chinese and western medicine in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia. Methods A]I of 70 cases of iron deficiency anemia between December 2008 and December 2011 were randomly divided into two groups. 35 cases in the control group were treated with western medicine alone, 35 cases in the treatment group were given traditional chinese medicine on the basic of general treatment for 4 weeks. The clinical effect of the two groups after two courses were compared. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group （94.3%） was significantly higher than that in the control group （71.4%） （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of in- tegrated traditional chinese and western medicine treatment is satisfied in iron deficiency anemia and this method is better than the traditional western medicine, less side effect and it is worth clinical popularizing.
