摘要
贵州省在强基层与提升边远地区群众基本医疗服务可及性方面取得了积极进展。但在强基层中,要把增加投入等外延式发展转变为留住人、凝聚人、提升基层医疗服务质量和效率等内涵式发展上,这是提高边远地区医疗服务可及性的治本之道。
Guizhou Province has made positive progress in the strong grass-roots level and to enhance the availability of basic health services for people in remote areas. Extensional development but strong grassroots level, it is necessary to increase investment into retain people, unite people, and enhance the the connotative development on primary health care service quality and efficiency, which is to improve medical services in remote areas and of the root of the problem.
