摘要 心力衰竭患者普遍存在不同程度的心室内或心室间的不同步化运动。超声心动图可准确评估心脏机械不同步运动的部位、范围及程度。超声心动图在心脏再同步化治疗(CRT)患者筛选、预测和评价CRT疗效,CRT术后随访观察以及房室和室间间期的优化等方面具有重要临床意义。 Recent studies have suggested that a significant proportion of patients with severe heart failure may have varying degrees of inter and intra-ventricular dyssynchrony. Echocardiography can accurately assess location, range and degree of cardiac mechanical dyssynchrony. Echocardiography shows important clinical significance in search suitable patients for cardiac resynchronization therapy(CRT), predicting and evaluating effect of CRTvfollowing up of patients after CRT and optimizing AV and VV delay.
