摘要
当前,"入园难"、"入园贵"已经成为严重的社会问题,从政府角度来说,是由于对学前教育领域长期缺乏关注,经费投入不足,过分推向市场和资源配置不均衡。为促进学前教育的健康发展,需进一步强化政府职责,加快学前教育立法,保障对学前教育的财政投入;将学前教育纳入义务教育体系,扩大公办幼儿园的数量,积极扶持和引导民办幼儿园,加强收费管理;提高社会支持力度,扩大并合理配置学前教育资源。
At present, ＂difficulty in obtaining a place in the kindergarten＂, ＂high fees charged by the kinder garten＂ have become serious social problems. From the perspective of government, these problems are caused by the government＇s failure to pay attention to the preschool education and make investment in this field for a long time, by the too much dependence of the market and unbalance of the resources distribution. In order to promote the healthy development of preschool education, it is necessary to further strengthen the government responsibilities, speed up the course of preschool education legislation, guarantee financial investment in preschool education, bring preschool education into the compulsory education system, enlarge the number of public kindergarten, actively support and guide private kindergartens, strengthen the charge management, improve the social support, and en large and rationally deploy preschool education resources.
