摘要
针对串电阻调速方式固定绞车调速性能差、启动不平稳、设备冲击大、能耗大等问题,通过研究四象限高压变频技术,解决上述问题并实现绞车自动化控制。研究绞车工频控制与四象限高压变频系统的相互切换控制技术途径,实现绞车工频控制与四象限高压变频系统的相互切换控制,提高绞车安全运行系数,达到节能降耗效果。
Series resistance speed fixed winch speed-adjustable performance difference, unstable starting equipment, large energy consumption, large impact and other issues, through the study of four quadrant variable voltage variable frequency technology, solve problem and realize automatic control of winch. Research on power frequency control winch with four quadrant variable voltage variable frequency system of mutual switching control technologies, realizing winch frequency control and four quadrant variable voltage variable frequency system of mutual switching control, improve safety coefficient of winch, achieves effects of saving energy and reducing consumption.
