摘要
天车(吊车)是车间硬件资源、软件资源和人力资源调度的核心之一,天车的调度优化问题日益突出。采用工业级的Zigbee和PLC控制提出低成本的改造方案。满足天车和轨道运输需要,节省了天车和轨道运输的司机操作台建设成本,提高了司机的工作环境,降低了司机的劳动强度,同时将天车控制纳入工业控制总线。
The crane is one of core of hardware resources; software resources and manpower resource scheduling in the workshop. The optimization scheduling of crane system have more and more demand. In this paper, the low cost reconstruction control of is invented base on industrial grade Zigbee and PLC. The scheme is used in crane and rail transportation. The operation platform construction of crane and rail transport driver is saved, the driver working environment is improved, the labor intensity of driver is reduced, and crane control system is used in industrial control bus.
