摘要
对位于杨凌示范区的西北农林科技大学和杨凌职业技术学院300名大学生进行调查,基于Timmons模型选择创业影响因素评价指标,利用层次分析法赋值,建立了农业院校大学生创业影响因素评价指标体系。采用该评价指标体系,实证分析了杨凌示范区农业院校大学生创业的影响因素,得出影响农业院校大学生创业的因素依次为团队、商机和资源的结论。提出了及早筛选创业带头人,加强创业教育,多渠道提供创业资金等建议。
Influencing factor system of evaluation in agricultural college students＇ entrepreneurial activities is established on the basis of investigation conducted at Northwest A＆F University and Yangling Vocational ＆ Technical College in Yangling agricultural hi-tech demonstration area. The first level indicators are chosen according to the Timmons model and weights of them are computed by Analytic Hierarchy Process （AHP）. The system of evaluation is then adopted to assess the influencing factors in students＇ entrepreneurial activities of the two agricultural colleges. It＇s found that, to the college students in Yan- gling demonstration area, the order of importance of influencing factors in entrepreneurial activities are as follows： team, op- portunity and resources. Screening entrepreneurs as early as possible, strengthen entrepreneurial education, and provide much more access to capital, are suggested to encourage entrepreneurial activities.
