摘要
目的:观察速泌通乳贴局部外敷配合穴位及乳房局部按摩,对产后缺乳的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选择足月分娩的初产妇,按随机均衡原则分为实验组、对照组A、B和C4组,每组各30例。实验组给予速泌通乳贴及按摩,对照组A给予速泌通乳贴,对照组B给予按摩,对照组C服生乳灵。一个疗程(3天)后观察各组的泌乳量、血清催乳素水平以及子宫复旧情况,随访产后42天纯母乳喂养情况。结果:泌乳量、血清泌乳素水平、子宫底下降高度:治疗后实验组优于各对照组(P<0.05),对照组之间比较差异无统计学意义;产后42天纯母乳喂养情况:实验组与各对照组之间比较差异显著(P<0.05),对照组之间比较差异无统计学意义。结论:速泌通乳贴配合按摩能明显改善产后缺乳的泌乳量,且有促进产后子宫复旧的作用,同时还能提高产后纯母乳喂养率。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect and safty on the application Sumi Tongru together with acupoint massage on treating postpartum hypogalactia and promoting uterus recovery.Methods：120 cases of term delivery who diagnosed as postpartum hypogalactia and deliveried in our hospital,were randomly divided into four groups average,treatment group,control groupA,control groupB and control groupC.Treatment group were given application Sumi Tongru and acupoint massage;Control group A were given application Sumi Tongru only;control group B were given acupoint massage only;control groupC were given oral liquid of Shengruling.Observing the amount of milk,PRL level in blood and the recovery of uterus after one course of treatment;following up with the breast feeding.Results： Comparison of the amount of milk,PRL level in serum,the decreasing height of uterine fundus（P0.05）,and exclusive breastfeeding forty-two days after delivery： treatment group was superior to each of the control group（P0.05）;and there was no statistical difference between each control group.Conclusion：Application Sumi Tongru together with acupoint massage can obviously increase the milk amount of postpartum hypogalactia.And it can promote the recover of uterus and increase the rate of exclusive breastfeeding.
