摘要
自网络教育应用到企业安全生产培训以来,在企业的主要负责人、安全管理人员和特种作业人员安全生产知识、技能和整体素质等方面取得了不小的成绩,但也存在一定的问题,企业安全生产网络教育并未达到预期的培训效果。本文分析了目前企业安全生产网络教育培训的现状及存在的问题,提出了企业安全生产网络教育培训发展的对策。
Since network education is applied to enterprise safety production and training, a lot of achievements have been made in im- proving safety production knowledge, skills and overall quality of the main leaders, security managers and specially skilled workers. But there still exist some problems, for example, network education of production safety in enterprises does not achieve the desired effect of training. This paper analyzes the present situation and problems of network education of enterprise safety production and training, and gives corresponding countermeasures.
