摘要
目的:研究依那普利对急性心梗后心衰患者氧自由基代谢及血小板参数的影响。方法:选取本院进行治疗的52例急性心梗后心衰患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(常规治疗组)和观察组(加用依那普利组)每组各26例,将两组患者治疗前和治疗后2周、4周的氧自由基代谢及血小板参数指标进行比较。结果:治疗后2周及4周观察组的SOD、NO均高于对照组,MDA、AOPP、LPO低于对照组,而PLT、PCT高于对照组,MPV、PDW、P-LCR低于对照组,P均<0.05,均有显著性差异。结论:依那普利对急性心梗后心衰患者氧自由基代谢及血小板参数的影响非常明显,对于改善患者的疾病状态有积极的临床作用。
Objective.To study the influence of Enalapril on metabolism of oxygen free radical and platelet parameter of patients with heart failure after acute myocardial infarction. Methods. A total of 52 patients with heart failure after acute myocardial infarction in our hospital were selected, and they were randomly divided into control group（routine treatment group）and observation group（Enalapril group）with 26 cases in each group. The metabolism of oxygen free radical and platelet parameter indexes of two groups before the treatment and 2 and 4 weeks after the treatment were compared. Results. SOD and NO of observation group were all significantly higher than those of control group 2 and 4 weeks after the treat- ment,while MDA,AOPP and LPO were all significantly lower than those of control group. PLT and PCT were significantly higher than those of control group, MPV,PDW and P-LCR were significantly lower than those of control group （all P〈0.05）. Conclusions. Enalapril has significant effect on the metabolism of ox- ygen free radical and platelet parameter of patients with heart failure after acute myocardial infarction,and it plays an active role in improving the disease state of patients.
