摘要
在β-环糊精和曲拉通X-100存在下,基于锌-4-(2-吡啶偶氮)间苯二酚的显色反应,采用分光光度法测定锌。配合物的最大吸收波长为505nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为5.32×104L mol-1 cm-1,锌含量在0~480μg/L范围内服从比尔定律,线性回归方程:y=0.02931x+0.0076,R2=0.9963。用该方法测定人发中的微量锌,回收率在99.86~102.0%之间,结果令人满意。
Abstract: The spetrophotometry analytical method of zinc was developed based on the colour reaction of Zn-PAR system in the presence of β- cyclodextrin and TritonX-100.The maximum absorbance is at 505 nm with apparent molar absorption of 5.32 × 10^4 L·mol^-1·cm^-1. The beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0-480 μg/L.The regression equation of calibration is y=0.029 31x+0.007 6,R^2=0.996 3. The proposed method was used to determine the trace zinc in human hair with satisfactory results.
