摘要
利用硅胶柱色谱对新鲜狼毒大戟地上部分提取物的化学成分进行分离,从中得到7个化合物,通过波谱数据及理化性质鉴定它们的结构为:12-去氧佛波醇-13-十六酸酯(1),没食子酸乙酯(2),槲皮素(3),没食子酸(4),东莨菪内酯(5),七叶内酯(6),β-谷甾醇(7)。全部化合物均为首次从狼毒大戟地上部分得到,其中化合物3,5为首次从该植物中得到。
To study the chemical constituents from the fresh aerial part of Euphorbiafiseheriana Steud extractive by silica gel column chromatography. Seven compounds were isolated and their structures were elucidated by means of spectral analyses asl2-deoxyphorbol-13-hexadecanoate(1), ethylgallate(2), quercetin(3) gallic acid(4) scopoletin(5), esculetin(6), 3,3'-diacetyl- pyridine-4,4'-dimethoxy-2,2',6,6'-tetrahydroxydiphenylmethane(7). All the compounds are isolated from the fresh aerial part of Euphorbia fischeriana Steud extractive for the first time. Compounds 3, 5 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
