黄精多糖对免疫抑制小鼠的免疫功能的影响 被引量:19

Effects of polygonatum polysaccharide on immunological activity of immunosuppressive mouse model

摘要 目的研究黄精多糖对免疫抑制小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法小鼠ip给予环磷酰胺,建立免疫抑制模型,以黄精多糖低、中、高剂量(100、400、800mg/kg)ig给药,测定各试验组小鼠血清中SOD活性、MDA水平、血清溶血素、免疫器官指数、耳肿胀度,以及吞噬细胞的吞噬能力。结果与模型组相比,黄精多糖给药组上述免疫指标均有不同程度的改善,免疫抑制小鼠的脏器和溶血素指数显著提高(P<0.05);其中高剂量给药组血清中SOD活性恢复显著(231.71±7.75),MDA水平显著降低(6.20±0.65),达到或超过了正常小鼠水平。小鼠吞噬能力也有所提高,一定程度上缓解了炎症。结论黄精多糖能有效改善由环磷酰胺所致免疫抑制小鼠的免疫功能,可开发为肿瘤放化疗患者的辅助治疗剂。 Objective To investigate the effects of polygonatum polysaccharide(PP) on immunological activity in immunosuppressed mice.Methods The immunosuppressed mice model was established by ip injecting cyclophosphamide.The mice were ig administrated with low-,mid-,and high-dose(100,400,and 600 mg/kg) PP solution once per day for 20 d,respectively.The SOD activity,MDA content in serum,hemolysin,weight of immune organs,swelling of ears,and phagocytic activity of peritoneal macrophages in mice were determined.Results Compared with control group(immunosuppressive mice),the indexes metioned above in PP groups were improved in various degrees,and the organ and the hemolysin indexs were increased significantly(P 0.05).The SOD activity in serum(231.71 ± 7.75) of high-dose PP group almost reached or even exceeded that of normal mice,and the contents of MDA(6.20 ± 0.65) in high-dose PP group was far lower than that of normal mice.Improved phagocytosis of macrophage eased the inflammation of mice in PP groups to a certain extent.Conclusion PP could obviously improve the immunological function of immunosuppressive model mice induced by cyclophosphamide.The polygonatum could be developed into an adjuvant therapeutic agent in radiotherapy and chemotherapy in tumor.
