摘要
目的探讨"六字诀呼吸操"在慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者延续性护理中的应用与效果。方法将121例患者随机分为观察组和对照组。两组在常规的健康教育及延续性护理干预基础上,观察组进行"六字诀呼吸操"训练,对照组进行"全身呼吸操"训练。6个月后用6 min步行距离评价两组患者的运动耐力,用呼吸困难分级量表进行呼吸困难评分。结果 "全身呼吸操"和"六字诀呼吸操"训练都能增加患者的6 min步行距离,但观察组优于对照组(P<0.01);观察组呼吸困难评分较对照组低(P<0.01)。结论 "六字诀呼吸操"应用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者延续性护理,可以明显改善患者的呼吸困难症状,显著提高患者的运动耐力,较"全身呼吸操"效果好。
Objective To explore the application and effects of ＂ six - character formula respiratory gymnastics＂ in continous nursing for patients with moderate chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （ COPD）. Methods A total of 121 patients with moderate COPD were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The patients in both groups were given routine health education and continued nursing mode, while those in the observation group were given ＂ six - character formula respiratory gymnastics＂ training and those in the control group were given ＂ whole body respiratory gymnastics＂ training. Six - Minute Walking Distance and Medical Research Council Scale were used to evaluate the two groups exercise tolerance after six months, and the degree of breathe difficulty, respectively. Results After six month training, the Six - Minute Walking Distance of two groups were increased, and the observation group was better than the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The patients breathe difficulty in observation group was lower than thai in the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Application of ＂ six - character formula respiratory gymnastics＂ in continuous nursing for stable patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can improve the breathe difficulty and exercise tolerance of patients, better than the effects of the ＂whole body respiratory gymnastics＂.
