摘要
目的：探讨临床护理路径在胰岛素泵治疗2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法：选择2010年4月~2010年10月60例接受胰岛素泵治疗的患者作为对照组,2010年11月~2011年4月60例接受胰岛素泵治疗的患者为观察组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施临床护理路径,然后分别对两组患者从输注障碍、异常高血糖、低血糖反应和局部反应、满意度等方面进行分析。结果：观察组从输注障碍、异常高血糖、低血糖反应和局部反应较对照组发生少,满意度高,两者之间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：在胰岛素泵治疗2型糖尿病中实施临床护理路径可减少输注障碍及血糖异常波动。
Objective： To investigate the effect of the diabetes patients using insulin pump by the clinical nursing path.Methods： Divide the diabetes patients into two groups： 60 patients who used insulin pump from April to October 2010 as contrast group,60 patients who used insulin pump from November 2010 to April 2011 as treating group.Analyses into the inject failure,abnormal blood sugar,low blood sugar reflect,local reaction and satisfaction were made.Result： The occurrence of Treating group is lower than that of the contrast group in inject failure,abnormal blood sugar,low blood sugar reflect,local reaction and high satisfaction,the difference is of significant value（P0.05）.Conclusion：Application of the clinical nursing path in diabetes who used insulin pump can induce the occurrence of inject failure and unstable blood sugar.
