摘要
目的 :研究罗红霉素分散片溶出度。方法 :以硫酸溶液 (75→ 1 0 0 )为显色剂 ,比色法测定罗红霉素分散片的溶出度。溶出条件为中国药典 1 995年版溶出度测定法 2法 (桨板法 ) ,溶出介质为p H5 .8磷酸盐缓冲液。结果 :绘制的溶出曲线表明 6min内罗红霉素分散片可全部溶出 ,确定的溶出时间为 3 min,限度为 75。结论 :测定 6批样品的溶出量均符合规定。
Objective:To study the dissolution of foxithromycin dispersion tablets.Method:Sulfuric acid (75→100) being used as the color developing agent,the colorimetric method was employed in the determination of the dissolution of roxithromycin dispersion tablets. The method was simple and dependable, following the paddle method of ChP 1995, The mediator was phosphate buffer(pH5.8). Results: he curve showed that roxithromycin dispersion tablets can dissolve completely within 6 minutes. It is comfimed that the time of dissolution was 3 minutes and the limit was 75%. Conclusion: 6 batches of samples were tested and the results met the qualification.
