摘要
对桐庐县总分馆制的建设模式进行分析,总结其经验和存在问题,提出重点突出区(县)级图书馆在图书馆体系建设中的核心地位,在体制上保证图书馆体系发展的良好环境,加强规划、加强呼吁等思路。
To analyze library system construction model in Tonglu County branch,and summarize their experience and problems.Then following actions should do：Ensure the focused district（county） class library is the core rule in the library construction system;Ensure institutional development of the library systema with favorable environment;Strengthen the planning and appeal ideas.
