摘要
对纯棉蓬盖布采用同浴复合整理(涂料染色、拒水拒油整理、阻燃整理),研究了拒水拒油整理剂用量、阻燃剂用量、粘合剂用量、焙烘温度及焙烘时间等对蓬盖布拒水拒油效果、阻燃效果、染色牢度的影响.结果表明:经过复合多功能整理后,涂料染色湿摩擦牢度达到4级,阻燃效果可达B1级,拒水拒油效果良好,缩短了生产工艺流程,节水节能,具有较好工业应用前景.
