摘要
WK系列挖掘机电气系统采用交流变频调速的"上位人机界面+PLC现场总线+AFE变频传动"组成的三级控制系统。上位人机界面监控整机的运行状态及故障信息,实现运行状态模拟显示与故障自诊断;PLC通过PROFIBUS DP现场总线与AFE整流回馈单元、各机构逆变器、司机室控制等连接,实现分布式控制。主要论述了利用西门子编程软件如何实现MP277人机界面时间的分钟设定.
WK series Electric Rope Shovel adopts AC frequency-variable speed control. The control system is composed of ＂ Upper position HMI ＋PLC Busbar＋ AFE frequency-variable transmission. The Upper HMI is to monitor the run state of the machine and to provide failure information, and thus able to realize run-state imitation and auto trouble-shoot. The PLC connected with the AFE rectifier regeneration unit, the inverters of each mechanism as well as the Cab control through the Busbar of PROFIBUS DP to realize distribution-mode control.This ar- ticle introduces the realization process of setting time with minutes in siemens MP277 touch panel.
