摘要
变速箱内花键批量生产过程中,拉刀质量的好坏,拉削效率的高低和拉刀寿命的长短等,都会直接影响产品质量及生产成本。通过分析拉削过程中的常见缺陷,相应提出一些解决的方法,有利于提高拉刀使用寿命,降低生产成本,增加产品的市场竞争力。
This paper introduces the production process of gear box spline broach, because of expensive price, broaching quality, efficiency and service life of the broach length etc., directly affect product quality and production cost. By analyzing the common defects in broaching process, put forward some solutions, improving broach service life, reduce the production cost.
