毛茔子垃圾填埋场存量垃圾开采可行性研究 被引量:5

摘要 对大连毛茔子垃圾填埋场存量垃圾堆体进行打孔取样,通过分析测定样品粒径分布、物理组成、含水率、pH、渣土有机质、营养物质及重金属含量,探讨对该填埋场存量垃圾进行开挖的可行性,结果表明:毛茔子垃圾填埋场存量垃圾已基本矿化,土质呈弱碱性,达到开采要求。分选后粒径大于30 mm的可燃组分含水率为20%左右,低位热值高达8 568~12 847 kJ/kg,可用于改善垃圾焚烧性能;粒径小于10 mm的渣土中富含氮、磷、钾,但Cr及Cd含量超标50%~70%,可用作城市绿化培植土。同时分析了填埋深度对各指标的影响。 The aged waste in Maoyingzi Waste Landfill Site of Dalian was excavated for samples used for determined the particle distribution, composition, water content, pH, organic matter, nutrition element, and heavy metal content. The feasibility of excavation for the aged waste was discussed. The result showed that the aged waste was mineralized in the main, detected as weakly alkaline, and reached the requirement of excavation. After screening, the combustible component with particle size above 30 mm can be used for improving the performance of waste incineration, its water content was about 20%, and lower heat value was 8 568-12 847 kJ/kg. The screened residue below 10 mm can be used for urban greening cuhivated soil. N, P and K were abundant, but Cr and Cd exceeded the standard by 50%-70%. The effects of landfill depths on the indexes were also analyzed.
