摘要
针对围护结构能耗现场测试和评估的困难,提出了等效能耗模型的方法,采用与原建筑围护结构能耗指标等效的简单单层围护结构的厚度来表征不同建筑围护结构的相对能耗水平,以简化围护结构能耗分析;提出并分析了累计能耗偏差、累计室内温度偏差、室内外温度相关系数偏差三个等效能耗指标,对单层及内保温围护结构模拟计算结果表明这三个指标是等价的,其中相关系数偏差指标更具实用性。
An equivalent model of building envelope with a simplified struc^tre compared to the original one is presented to facilitate the whole process of on-site test and the assessment of envelope's energy consumption which involve the complex dynamic thermal behavior. The variation of thickness of the equivalent model represents the relative energy consumption level of different envelopes. Three equivalent indexes are listed: accumulative energy consumption deviation, accumulative indoor temperature deviation, and indoor & outdoor temperature correlation coefficient deviation. The result of the analysis indicates that the three indexes are not mutually exclusive, but rather coherent in terms of envelope of single layer and bilayer with internal insulation. Moreover, in terms of practicability, correlation coefficient deviation is preferable.
