摘要
对CO制备过程中酸性气体脱除的几种工艺技术特点进行了分析比较。NHD法技术比较成熟,但脱硫工艺流程比较长,设备投资比较高;MDEA法投资省,但气体净化指标不太理想;栲胶脱硫+NHD脱碳法是综合指标较理想,对环境污染较小的酸性气脱除方法。
In the process of CO preparation several technical features of acid gas removal are analyzed and compared. NHD technology is relatively mature, but the desulfurization process is relatively long, the equipment investment is relatively high; MDEA method saves investment, but the gas purification index is not ideal; tannin extract desulphurization +NHD decarburization process is integrated comparatively ideal index, acid gas removal method of less environmental pollution.
