介绍了铁基合金中层错能的计算模型、各项热力学参数的来源及计算实例;阐述了以X射线衍射分析测定钢中层错几率的原理和方法,给出了Fe-Mn-Si-C系层错几率与成分的关系式、层错能和层错几率的关系式以及层错几率与马氏体相变驱动力关系式,可为设计孪晶诱发塑性钢提供理论基础。
The calculation model of stacking fault energy in iron-base alloy, the sources of all thermodynamic parameters and actual examples related to calculation of the energy are introduced. And also the principle and method for determining the stacking fault probability in steel by X-ray diffraction are discussed, and thus gives the following three relational expressions between the stacking fault probability and compositions in Fe-Mn-Si-C alloy, the stacking fault energy and stacking fault probability and the stacking fault probability and the driving force of martensite transformation, which can provide the fundamental basis for develoDinz TWIP steels.
